Youth Leadership and Capacity Building

Problem Definition:

A sizable portion of Nepal's total population is comprised of young people. However, access to education, training, and employment opportunities presents significant obstacles for many young people. As a result, a lot of young people don't have the skills or resources they need to make a difference in their communities and live up to their full potential. Most of them travel abroad for further education or job.


Program Necessity:

The young people of Nepal are critical to the country's future growth. Young people may become marginalized and unable to contribute to the country's development without the appropriate support and opportunities. As a result, it is crucial to provide youth with the resources and tools they need to become productive and successful members of society.

Programs

Much thanks to you for considering our 5-year anticipate Youth Initiative and Limit Building. We anticipate collaborating to empower young people in Nepal and create a more promising future for our nation.

Leadership and Management Training

Youth leadership development and management skills will be the primary focus of this program, which will provide them with the resources and tools they need to succeed as leaders.

Entrepreneurship Development

This program will focus on giving youngsters the abilities and supports they need to begin and develop their own businesses.

Technical and Vocational Trainings

Through this program, young people will receive technical training to help them acquire the skills they need to work in a variety of fields.


Outcomes

Short-term Objectives:

To expand the reach of our programs, form partnerships with organizations in the neighborhood.

Establish a comprehensive youth database in Nepal to better comprehend their requirements and tailor our programs accordingly.

Create and send off authority preparing programs for no less than 500 youngsters in the principal year.


Long-term Objectives:

In the second year, develop and launch entrepreneurial development programs for at least 1000 young people.

In the third year, create and launch technical and vocational training programs for at least 1000 young people.

Establish a network of young leaders and entrepreneurs who have achieved success and can act as role models for younger generations.
